⭐☆☆☆☆ Stay away from this shop. I brought my tractor in for an alignment and decided to have both the tractor and trailer aligned. A few hours later, they called and told me I needed to replace all the bushings on my tractor—and quoted me nearly $5,000. When I asked for the cost to just replace the steer axle bushings, they said it would be $2,600. That sounded outrageous, so I decided to shop around—and I’m glad I did. I found a reputable shop in Norfolk who agreed to do the work at a much more reasonable price. I even bought the steer axle bushings myself and dropped them off. But the next day, the Norfolk shop called and asked me, “Who told you this truck needs bushings?” They inspected it and said everything was still in good condition. So it turns out this shop was just trying to rip me off. I’ve since heard from others that this kind of thing is a common practice here. Avoid this place. Get a second opinion before giving them your money.

These guys are absolutely amazing! They are well experienced in their craft! I have a F250 with a utility body that is used for mobile auto repair so its super heavy and cannot be aligned in the average repair shop. I had taken it first to Cavalier Ford and the alignment was still off. So I was pointed in the direction of this great establishment and now they have a loyal customer with me! My alignment is on point! They do not have you wait while they work so the vehicle has to be dropped off. The prices are reasonable due to the size of the vehicles. I am a very satisfied customer.

Ok. Spring Suspension. I originally submitted a review based on my experience with Spring Suspension where I was not happy with the communication and original quote. BUT I have to say, the owner personally called me up and offered to do work that they NORMALLY do not do that a “worker” had told me they would address. I think that this speaks very highly of someone whose has built a solid reputation in the area and cares what we the customers think. I did not go back for them to replace the part on my truck that was slowly malfunctioning BECAUSE it is not something they normally do and the fact is we all are flawed in some way but we hope that when we make a mistake that people will be patient and fair. IF I need more work related to spring and suspension I am going to back to this company because they have earned my trust and respect. I hope that if you need work, this review will help, this company is solid.

Can’t say enough good things about this place I’ve never gotten a bad alignment here. Always good service. Super friendly staff. Only place to get a big rig alignment. You get what you pay for!
